We couldn't raise the finance you really must be trying to kid us all. OK if we even do basic maths the per cost of each resident is £550 + per week. That is a given, no matter if used on the residents or not. Sure pay within the caring environment is ultra low. Sure you would have had some qualified nurses to run medical matters. Sure money was always available to do a garden makeover. This video from Plymouth City Council is very disingenuous.

It's a shame it's all falling into the sea now. Due to neglect from Plymouth council large areas of the waterfront area are collapsing underwater. One only has to look at the Hoe to see paint peeling off and dirt everywhere. 40 million for a life centre that only a few will ever use yet the life blood of the city is allowed to go to waste. Shame.
